Outlook / Microsoft 365

Works for Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live, and Microsoft 365 business accounts.

Open Mail Settings
  • Log in to outlook.live.com or your Microsoft 365 webmail
  • Click the ⚙️ Settings gear icon (top right)
  • Click "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom of the panel

Navigate to Forwarding

In the full settings menu, follow this path:

Mail → Forwarding

Enable Forwarding
  • Toggle "Enable forwarding" to ON
  • Enter your SUMMYZE Mailhook address in the forwarding address field
  • Optionally check "Keep a copy of forwarded messages" to retain emails in Outlook
  • Click Save

⚠️ Microsoft 365 admin accounts: Forwarding may be blocked by your organisation's IT policy. Ask your administrator to enable external forwarding.

✅ Done!

All new emails arriving in your Outlook inbox will be automatically forwarded to SUMMYZE.

Yahoo Mail

Full forwarding is available on Yahoo Mail Plus (paid). Free accounts can use filter-based forwarding.

Open Settings
  • Log in to mail.yahoo.com
  • Click the ⚙️ Settings gear icon (top right)
  • Select "More Settings"

Go to Mailboxes
More Settings → Mailboxes → your Yahoo address
  • Click on your Yahoo email address in the list
  • Scroll down to find "Forwarding"

Add Forwarding Address
  • Click "Forward" and enter your SUMMYZE Mailhook address
  • Click Verify — Yahoo will send a confirmation email
  • Log in to SUMMYZE → Email Tickets, open the confirmation email, and click the link
  • Return to Yahoo Settings and select the verified address to activate forwarding

ℹ️ Free Yahoo accounts can forward using Filters: Settings → Filters → Add → set criteria → Action: "Forward to" → enter Mailhook address.

✅ Done!

Incoming Yahoo emails will now be forwarded automatically to your SUMMYZE dashboard.

Zoho Mail

Available on all Zoho Mail plans. Business accounts may need admin approval.

Open Mail Settings
  • Log in to mail.zoho.com
  • Click the ⚙️ Settings icon (top right)

Find Email Forwarding
Settings → Mail Accounts → Email Forwarding

Add the Forwarding Address
  • Click "Add Forwarding Address"
  • Enter your SUMMYZE Mailhook address
  • Click Verify — Zoho sends a confirmation email to the Mailhook address
  • Open SUMMYZE → Email Tickets, find the verification email, and click the confirmation link

Enable Forwarding
  • Once verified, toggle forwarding ON for that address
  • Choose whether to keep a copy in Zoho or delete after forwarding
  • Click Save

✅ Done!

All incoming Zoho Mail emails will be forwarded to SUMMYZE automatically.

Apple Mail / iCloud

Forwarding in iCloud Mail is managed via iCloud.com settings.

Open iCloud Mail Settings
  • Go to icloud.com/mail and sign in with your Apple ID
  • Click the ⚙️ Settings icon in the bottom-left sidebar
  • Select "Preferences"

Set Up Forwarding
  • Go to the "Account" tab
  • Under "Forward my email to", enter your SUMMYZE Mailhook address
  • Optionally tick "Delete messages after forwarding" if you don't want duplicates in iCloud
  • Click Done

ℹ️ iCloud does not require email verification of the forwarding address — forwarding activates immediately after saving.

Alternative: Apple Mail app (macOS)
Mail App → Preferences → Rules → Add Rule
  • Set condition: Every Message
  • Set action: Forward Message → enter Mailhook address
  • Click OK

⚠️ macOS Mail rules only run when the Mail app is open. For reliable 24/7 forwarding, use iCloud.com settings instead.

✅ Done!

iCloud emails will now be forwarded automatically to your SUMMYZE Mailhook.

ProtonMail

Automatic forwarding is available on Proton Mail Plus and above (paid plans).

Open Proton Mail Settings
  • Log in to mail.proton.me
  • Click the ⚙️ Settings icon (top right)
  • Go to All Settings

Enable Auto-Forwarding
Mail → Auto-forwarding
  • Click "Add forwarding rule"
  • Enter your SUMMYZE Mailhook address as the destination
  • Proton will send a verification email to the Mailhook address
  • Log in to SUMMYZE → Email Tickets, open the verification email, and confirm

Activate the Rule
  • Once verified, the forwarding rule will appear in the list
  • Toggle it ON
  • Choose whether to forward all mail or apply conditions

ℹ️ Proton Mail uses end-to-end encryption. Forwarded emails are decrypted before forwarding, so SUMMYZE receives them as plain text.

⚠️ Auto-forwarding requires a Proton Mail Plus or higher plan. Free accounts cannot use this feature.

✅ Done!

Incoming Proton Mail messages will now be forwarded to your SUMMYZE dashboard.
